our trip To Cape Split

This past Labour Day weekend (2007) Laura and I went on a hike to cape Split in the valley. We had an aggressive agenda that weekend. Cape Split is a hiking trail that is approx. 8km each way. 8 km to the cape and 8km back. They suggest that you plan for a 3 hour round trip... hahaha we broke that record as you will soon see!

This is before we get to cape split. They call this the "Look-off". It is a spot where you can look out over the valley and buy touristy stuff.
